Dryer was moved .It appears the pilot went out for the gas .How do I relight This is a maytag commercial front loader.it has a little box bottom right for the lighting of the pilot I presume.

That unit has an electronic ignitor. You should not have to lite the pilot. There is no pilot to lite. If the dryer is taking longer then normal to heat. Check your vent to the outside. If the ignitor is not turning on it could be the ignitor, flame sensor and or thermal fuse. Check D.I.Y. Appliance Repair Troubleshooting to see if there is anything that can help you there.
First make sure you have gas, then open lower section of this dryer you shoul see screws you will see a place to relight the pilot , if you smell gas before doing anything then stop your repair, see if the pilot is lit then push the red button and hold it relight pilot hold this button for a few min's after it relights, if it dosent relight check power goign to gas valve near pilot . Gas units have very little problems you may have just lost gas pressure and need to relight it , let me no ! what you see and we wuill go from there

Turn off gas valve to OFF, let the fumes clear out for 10 minutes, THen press turn, and hold in PILOT position, Light the flame (you will see the little nozzle where pilot is) Keep holding for 1 full minute, then turn to ON position and let go and that's it. Your good
if the dryer is gas you must relight the pilot light or (if it has one)the ignitor is no good if it got wet also you could dry off the igintor or replace it.ignitor or pilot light will be under a small door on the back of the dryer about where the gas line goes into the dryer.jaykra
