There is usually at least a 90-day warranty. http://www.vizio.com/support/
Here is a link to Vizio customer support.They should be able to do something.You need to have a receipt probably.Also you will need model and serial numbers.Serial number should be on the back,maybe by the A/V inputs.If no receipt,did you register it?If you didn't,the credit card statement may help.Good luck.
