Question about Honeywell Programmable Thermostat Heater
I want to know if I can find a manual for my honeywell thermostat. Where can I find the model number?
Yes im putting in a honeywell cool 2665 thermostat that my brother give me with no guide. I have R,Y G, and W wires comming in the wall. the unit has a jumper on Y and W on the left bank and a jumper from the W2 and the E on the right bank of the unit. Could you tell me where to put my 4 wires to make the unit work? Thanx Jim

The model number is going to be on the thermostat. It is not unusual for the number to be on the back of the stat, meaning you may have to take it off the wall. It could also be found betweenthe base ans the stat.
Once you have the model number googel "Honeywell XXX" with XXX being the stat model number. If you can't find the stat, you can go to the Honeywell web site and do a search, matching your stat, by the pictures and functions. It is a bit tedious, but it works.
