You need to do a system hardware reset. Do this by remove battery and find small pin hole just below the battery terminal single pin side. It may be covered over by black sticky pad. Get paper clip wire and put through hole to you feel small click. Hold down for 10 sec and then put battery back in to see the unit run a rebooting procress.

If none of this helps your problem could be in the power supply, cable or motor unit. The motor unit is the most likely problem.
It is not recommended you open the cord end that connects to the motor unit as you are breaking the seal for the submersible electronics. For information about sending your unit in for repair use the dolphin form link on the bottom of our site
