the Sansa (via the player's USB cord) to different USB ports on the
computer until the Sansa starts to charge. A weak or non-working USB
port won't charge the Sansa.
Reset the Sansa MP3 player. Slide the player's "Power"
switch all the way up to the "On" position. Hold the switch in that
position for 20 seconds. The Sansa resets. Try to charge the player.
Install the latest firmware onto the Sansa MP3 player.
Download the Sansa Firmware Updated (link in References), and then click
the link in Resources for the specific model of Sansa you own to learn
how to update the player's firmware.
The sequence of steps for playing the game may be that you have to fire up the game and then follow the prompts (insert the disc). There may be nothing wrong with it, it just doesn't look for the disc on the optical drive when you fire it up and therefore you have to eject it and reinsert as prompted. Also, try turning off your antivrus before attempting to play the game.
Your battery is low, therefore the player is shutting down.
Recharge the player by plugging it into your computer for 3-4 hours - make sure the hold/lock is not activated, or it will prevent proper charging.

is your phone been dropped or got wet? if unable to charge, when using a wall charger, try different outlets. if using onl one charger, tr different chargers. if it won't work, try other compatible batteries if you would get a charging message. if does not work, have your phone checked with a service center
