Hi there, you have to make sure if you have recharged your sim for GPRS activation. If you haven't then do so, the settings should be sent to your mobile in 24 hrs. If not you can ring airtel customer complaint on 198 and explain to them the problem, and they will send you settings that have to be installed on your phone. Else you can go to sony ericsson's website below and request for settings for mobile office :)
its the charging connector problem, clean the connectors of the battery that golden ones and also the phone , carbon might have accumulated , cleaner recommended is nail polish remover or alcohol.
