Question about Bissell 9500 ProHeat 2X CleanShot Upright Deep Cleaner, Red Berends Vacuum
Ok, so in order to get the wheel assembly back into the machine, you're going to have to take apart the machine, or at least the housing underneath of the clean/dirty solution tank, as well as the housing that the shampoo solution sits on. I took pictures to help you on this repair.
Here's what you need to do:
Step 1. Remove both the Shampoo tank and the Clean / Dirty Water tank from the machine completely and set them aside. You'll need to now remove the housing that the shampoo container sits in by unscrewing the 5 screws that I've circled in red:
Step 2. After you've removed these 5 screws, lift straight up on the housing that the shampoo tanks sits in. You'll now need to remove the screws that I've circled red to remove the complete lower housing that secures the wheels in place:
Step 3. You'll need to unhook the clear housing in the front that holds the brush cover over the bottom housing. You may just use a flat head screw driver, or something to pry this housing off the bothow replace rear wheel bissell 9400? - 368c0fd.jpgbr />
Step 4. Open up the bottom housing by grabbing the raised portion of the motor housing in the back of the machine. Simply re-insert the wheels into the grooves now, and after the wheel is in place, re-secure the lower housing over top of the wheel to keep it from coming out again. The bottom plate is what goes over top of the wheel to keep it in place.

We got it apart except cannot get to the hose that goes in the blue casing next to the wheels. Can you help with that. We are trying to replace the hose that you use with the upholstery tools.
