I have a accurate tools 3n1 stick, mig, and plasma cutter everything works except the plasma press the trigger air comes out but no arc at all on tip to metal can hear the relay clicking when switch between...

Could be as simple as having the ground cable connection placed into the wrong port on the front of the machine. Foot peddle/machine selection switch in peddle mode instead of machine mode? Internally it could be high frequency spark leakage or failed HF circuitry. These are the most common causes of spark failure. Oh and be sure you have good consumables and they are installed correctly. Air pressure leaving the torch head should be around 70 psi.

How to connect the compressor

Step 1:

Hi chuck305,
Have the compressor out of the box, with all cables and parts next to it.

Step 2:

Attach the Intake Air Filter to the top side of the air compressor.
Attach the Moisture tap to the belly of the air tank if not already attached.

Step 3:

Take the air hose and attach it to the output connector at the front of the Compressor.
Take the Air Gun/Attachment and plug it into the end of the air hose, making sure it locks securely.
Take the Power Cable and Plug it into the nearest safe wall socket, turn on the wall socket.

Step 4:

To start up the air compressor, toggle the On/Off Switch on the front of the Compressor, this might be in the form of a Red Push/Pull Button.

Step 5:

Best of luck setting up your Air Compressor,

Hi I just bought a husqvarna 55 and once it worms up, it doesn't want to run at full throttle, as if it is starving for gas. I haven't changed gas filters yet, but after that I don't know...

Basic stuff first, replace the fuel filter in the tank on the end of the fuel hose, clean the air filter, if fitted check the spark arrestor in the muffler is not blocked, check the fuel hose for splits or leaks, check the rubber induction tube between the cylinder and the carb for splits.

Washer starts within 2 minites hf error occures pressing pause/cancel and then pressing starts and finishes normally

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
'hf' normally means there is a problem with the water inlet(s).
If you have checked that the hot water tap is turned on fully and the hose is not kinked or squashed at the back, it is worth while checking the hot water inlet filter. Turn the tap off and remove the hot water hose at the washer end. Inside the inlet port there is normally a little filter which should just slide out. Clean if necessary and replace it and the hose. If after turning the tap back on there is no improvement, carry out the same with the cold water system. If there is still no improvement the problem is symptomatic of a malfunctioning water control valve. Sorry but it needs a service call ;-0(

If this has assisted you or clarified the situation please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating
Thanks and good luck!

I have a plasma cutter mode 40D. when I first got it about a yr. ago I tried it and it seemed fine. Went to use it on the weekend. Hooked up my air compressor to it and everything else hooked up and can ...

The fan you hear is the cooling fan for inverter.
The air pressure is delivered by the air compressor, through the air filter/regulator device.
Check what is the pressure of the compressor, and the regulated pressure on your pressure gauge (if you have in the front, or may be in the rear of your cutter).

No Arc on a Cut 40 Plasma cutter

Check your consumbales to be sure they are tight in the torch head. Check your ground be sure it's good and connected to the pc you are cutting. Make sure you are running air at 65 to 70 psi as it exits the torch. Email me if you have any other questions.

HF signal code

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too. Height of exit hose should be approx 3 feet from ground level.

Rate me pl.....if helped.
