You should be able to cancel your documents if you click start on your Computer go up to settings click control panel. left double click printers and faxes. left double click your printer icon. click where it says printer in the drop down box and you should see cancel all documents. You may have to select each one to cancel them. Hope this helps.

Printer says documents waiting

On your start button, lower left of screen go into devices and printers, right click on the printer icon and "see whats printing" will be one of your options, right click on this and you will be able to see a list of documents waiting to be printed, just click on each one and delete it which will clear the backlog and then you can start over, sometimes if you have unplugged your printer from the computer and then plugged it back in, your printer may show as (copy 1)under the printer name where it has re installed itself, just delete the obsolete icon to save confusion

How to cansel backlog of prints

Microsoft has the help you need for this issue and I wont try to give you long and possibly misleading information on here.
It is a common problem but the answer is here

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/946737

You need to refer to method "D" about half way down the page
Once you clear the print job check you dont have any extra printers installed as quite often happens in these situations. If you have then delete your extra printer installations.
Hope this gives you the information you need

Just installed new KODAK ESP3 I find the print program page has over 74 documents to be printed how do I clear this unwante backlog

Click on your printer (Icon in the Systray) A window will open with a list of the documents waiting to be printed. Delete them. You may have to look around in the window for this feature.

If that doesnt work, delete the printer, reboot and reinstall the printer.

I hope this works for you

Printer will not print

First of all basics:
1. Make sure printer is switched on and connected to computer.
2. Go to Control Panel and then Printers and Faxes. Double click the icon for your printer. When box appears click on Printer then make sure that "Use printer offline" is not checked. If it is, left click to uncheck this option.
3. If there is a queue of documents waiting to be printed then again click on Printer and click on Cancel all documents. This should clear the backlog. Restart the computer and follow step 3 again to make sure the print queue is empty before attempting to print anything.

Cannon MX310 - Fax - Waiting for report

I had the same problem.

My INK Level was Low and I had the setting "Fax Setting -> RX Setting -> Auto Print ON -> Print when no ink OFF", and so the report would not print due to the ink level being low.

Solution:
Configure "Fax Setting -> RX Setting -> Auto Print ON -> Print when no ink to ON", and the report will be printed immediately, and the message will disappear.
