You might find it much easier to put the whole lot into another case. Least the PC will look like new also. Grab a can of compressed air from any good PC shop and give it a good clean while your doing it. Cheers from Scott and please dont forget to vote

My Emerson Microwave MW9117W has lost power and was wondering if there was a fuse or something that needed replacing

There are fuses inside. The big thing is to figure out why the fuse went bad. either something shorted and blew the fuse, or it got hot and went bad due to bad connections at fuse holder. or maybe a bad door switch blew the fuse. I have also had fuses just get old and tired., and just needed to be replaced.

The light on my fan comes on but the fan not coming on

The switch to the fan is likely bad or less likely, the motor went bad. You can check the switch by jumping it out and if the fan starts, replace the switch.

Inside light went out...replacing bulb did not work, any help or advise? thanks! Mike

Many times when the inside light fails to operate...it could be:

(1) A bad bulb ...replace with a known good one.
(2) Bad connection of the light bulb in its socket.
(Remove the bulb and spray the socket with WD-40 Spray Lubricant) then...
(3) Replace the bulb with a known good bulb..use a dry rag to securely tighten the bulb in its socket.
(4) The "Door Switch" could be bad. Replace bad "Door Switch" with new one.

Hopes this helps....Good Luck! ...... HandyHenry

I have a 2004 hyundai accent. the starter went bad two weeks ago, and a friend and I replaced it. (it wnt without warning ) The other day, it went again. I'm told it could be in the ignition. That it's not...

if this starter "went bad" by refusing to work (run)
replace your ignition switch: it's behind the ignition lock on the steering column.
ignitions do not tell starters to do anything: the ignition switch key turns the starter on and, a spring returns the key to off when you release it turning the starter off.

My brake lights on my99 beetle wont go on when applying brakes

By coincidence, it is possible both bulbs went out at once.
It is also possible the fuse went, so check for power at the master cylinder switch.
The switch could also have gone bad.

Electrical, wiring ?

you better test these two switches to be sure they are bad, as well as the motor. if you have an old battery that is sufficient to operate the motor alone for testing. test each switch with a continuity tester --- if they are both bad you probably have a wiring problem --- make sure there is nothing binding the window mechanism.
