Sorry, the picture didn't show up the first time. visit this link and scroll down a little ways and tell me if the red X you get looks like the one in the picture.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

A rectangle is 5 feet long and 6 feet wide. what is the perimeter of the rectangle?

Hi Jacqueline:
A rectangle has four sides, the lengths of the opposite sides are equal, and the corners are right angles.
The perimeter is the distance around the outside edge, so it would be twice the length plus twice the width.
2 times 5 = 10 feet
2 times 6 = 12 feet
10 plus 12 = 22 feet

What is important is to understand the question.
If you need help with the course, get back to me.
Cheerfuls!

My cigarette lighter isn't working? Can it be a burned out fuse?

The fuse could be burnt out, the lighter coil could be burnt out, or the hot wire or ground could be loose.

How do you use google earth and see this as it was happen today it alway the same time frame when I look at the address

Google earth is not real time viewing. It is a collection of pictures stitched together. Some pictures may be as recent as a few days and some as old as a few years.

Small black box in upper left corner of Sony TV - need to remove

I had a similar problem on my Toshiba Regza but trying my fix couldn't hurt. I use a satellite dish for TV (if you do the same this might work)... I turned off my receiver, took the programming card out, cleaned it with my shirt (especially the part that looks like a computer chip), put it back in the receiver, turned it back on and when everything reinitialized the black rectangle was gone.

Hope this helps.

Google earth

Hello hblaser,

Not sure how to rid the problem, but HERE is a link to Google Earth Support. Get in touch with them..they should be able to resolve your issue.

Should you have any further questions, please feel free to post them here.

P.S. Before you assign a rating, please make sure that the issue is resolved or you are satisfied. If not, please post back as to what you did, and/or any other questions you may have, and I will try to assist you as best I can. Please do not assign an ‘Inappropriate’ or ‘Thanks for trying’ rating if your issue is not resolved after the first response itself, as sometimes a bit of to and fro dialogue may be necessary before we can find a fix or an answer to your query.

If you find that the solution/answer I provided led you to, or resulted in a fix, please close the ticket with a FixYa! or Helpful rating. I would be very grateful for your show of appreciation.

Thank you for using FIXYA!

Cheers!

Red dot

I suspect that your intsructions might help you find out what this red dot indicates. I have had customers send their cameras in for service complaining about a dark rectangle in the lower right hand corner of their Olympus cameras' LCD. Turns out it was the exposure "burst" counter. If you don't find your answer, we are always here!
