Headsets.com (Executive pro chattaway)

Can you please help me fixing the problem with my headsets.com Executive Pro Chattaway?

The problem is that I hear whole noise around me in my room instead of listen what comes from the headset.

Oftentimes there may be interference from other bluetooth devices on the phone. Disable them first, disconnect the battery from the phone for 30 seconds (helps to reset) and follow the pairing instructions from the link below.

Caller says voice is breaking up


Try deleting the Voyager Pro from your phone. Turn your phone and headset off and then back on after about 30 sec. Now reconnect the headset to the phone and see if that helps. See page 8 of user guide for further tips. User guide attached below.

My voyager pro doesnt work with my skype on iphone.


It may have to do with the settings that are listed on Skype. Because you are using the headset with your phone, it should work with the Skype application, so please check your settings. If it continues to not function correctly, try re-pair or subscribing again.

I bought the plantronics voyager pro bluetooth headset two months ago and now it's dead. It's been working great for two months. When it's plugged into the wall for charging the red light is illuminated....


One thing you can try is to power down and then power the headset back up. The instructions are on the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro, particularly the page "Listen To The Voice."

If that doesn't help, then you have a bad processor in the headset. It's still under warranty so contact Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5 x5538 for warranty service.

I have a Plantronics Voyager Pro and it will not take a charge. I plugged the charger into my phone to check it and it does work on my phone except not with my blurtooth. Thanks for your help.


If you have the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset, you should be using the ac adapter that came with the headset ( model 79414-01 ). If the headset will not charge, it could be broken or the internal battery may be worn out. Keep in mind that the Voyager Pro has a one year warranty, and Plantronics will replace it within the warranty period.

I cannot connect my Plantronics Voyager Pro to my iPhone 4.


Once you make your iPhone discoverable, then put the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset into pairing mode by holding the power button until the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the Voyager Pro pairing instructions.

My ear piece keeps losing its pairing


Please remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove again the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. Purge from the phone any pairing information for your Voyager Pro headset and pair it again with your phone, following the instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro.

The headsets are defective. I believe the manufacturers warranty is 2 years.
