Zen wont switch on

Was using my zen all day in work Friday sat morning went to turn it on and its dead the battery is charge I have tried to reset it holding down the button for 1 mins holding down the on button while pressing reset and still nothing plugged in it and done all of the above still nothing no light nothing please help
