I have a 300W power supply for outdoor landscape. #590-313. The lights are not working. However, unit does power up as evident by red light. It could have gone bad after mild thunderstorm. There's a wire with a light on that does not light. I read online there may be a bad fuse. I do not see where a fuse could be unless it's the light bulb. Any ideas?
