You need a computer savy friend to help you to remove or reset your User password.

You can remove or change the Window's User oradministrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access todownload the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. hi there. there is reset button on your router kindly pleas press it using pin for about 10 seconds then wait for the router to ready. after that enter the default user and password of your router. thanks

you cannot login to the computer. to recover data use a linux live cd and copy data into an external hard disk.

Start the PC and and enter into save mode. TO enter in save mode watch when it boots and look for what to enter to get into the save mode. For Dell it is F8. Once you get into save mode, go to control panel, go to user account and remove the password or reset it. Thanks

Simply log on as a different user with new ID & Password. To achieve this, firstly log in first as the Administrator, create a new user account & password. After that delete the user(yourself) account. Restart and log in with the user ID & password..................sodeep

you should be able to contact dell support and they should have you on file. when you first bought the computer and logged on the web you had to register your computer. dell should have this information on file, also because each windows program has a register number they might also have you on file. i would try this and it should solve the problem.. please rate this and also please reply back if it doesn't get solved..thanks
