That would probably be because this computer comes standard with a DVD drive and not a Blu Ray drive. You must have a Blu Ray drive to read Blu Ray discs.
Although the same shape and size, Blue Ray disks are a completely different format to DVD's and CD's. You drive won't recognise them
You'll need to get a Blue ray RW drive, and it doesn't stop there. Because there a great deal more information on a blueray disk, you'll need several dvd disks to copy the info to a DVD.
Bluerays hold about 25Gb of data, DVD's hold 4.7 GB and CD's hold 700Mb data.
All real movies are copy protected.
google that and read.
blu-ray are 10x more protected, by DESIGN GOAL #1
that practice, you are doing is called RIPPING
so learn to google blu-ray ripping (how to rip blu-ray) do it.
e525 has no blu-ray drive
so ripping has no chance.
the cure is external USB blu-ray drive, again google that.
buy one and rip with software that does that (many)
It shows that your machine comes with a CD-ROM Drive. You need to get and install a Blu-ray drive onto your computer first and the you will be able to copy Blu-ray movies. You also need to get a Blu-ray copying program to do this job.
