Sorry to say that, but only your service provider can help u. If wrong security password entered 3 times it gives error and this can be put right by entering PUK(personal unlodking code) in it. You can request this code from your service provider by making call to customer support. Yes you have to use another phone with same provider. Operator may ask you your name and bithdate like 2 or 3 question to make sure that it is you demanding PUK in person. Enter that PUK in your phone and it will remove your old security code.
