Most likey a bad card, send it back also is it PCI 1 or PCI 2? makes a differnce, the PCI 1 is white 16 or 32 bit the 2 I belive is 64 bit or twise as fast. normally The are backwards compatible in otherwords if you have PCI 1 card and have a PCI 2 slot the PCI card will work with a PCI one card or a PCI 2 if you have PCI 1 The the PCI 2 will not accept the PCI 1 card. Everything I have bought from them has died or arivied DOA .
