Printing problem

im having a problem on not getting the right color of the image. I printed a grayscaled image but then it turned out greenish instead of gray.I also noticed that when im doing the nozzle check procedure of the driver, the black and some of the tri-color have lines although i've already use the cleaning procedure of the driver. Do i have to clean the printer manually?Hope you could help me. Thanks!
