U probably are starting to get an ice up behind the freezer compartment or your fan has stopped blowing the air into the freezer first thing is to make sure the fan is blowing the cold air into the fridge side if not then there is your problem if you do feel the fan blowing then you would have to carefully remove the rear panel and check in the areas that have willcall them holes tat go into your fridge if they have ice built up inside of them if they do have ice then you have a defrost problem and would have to be aqble to perfom a continuity test on the deforst thermostat and the defrost heater if both of these are fine the next thing that you would look at would be your defrost timer check for the air and the ice and if you stillhavent found the problem write back hope this helps

Freezer n refrigerator is warm at 78 degrees

If the compressor is running it either has broken valves or the refrigerant has leaked out. Without knowing more than the information you've provided I would start with the basics. Does the fridge have power? Can you hear both the condenser and evaporator fans running? Have you checked the coils under the fridge to see if they are clean?

clean the coil behind the fridge or under the fridge (where ever they are) and make sure both fans are running, the one in the freezer and the one underneath freezer needs to be 0 degree F to start ice maker

Freezer working fine, Fridge is freezing everything on low settin

THERMOSTAT ON 90% OF SIDE/SIDE REFRIGERATOR IS LOCATED AT THE TOP OF THE FRIG COMPARTMENT .YOU KNOW, THE ONE THAT HAS OFF ON IT AND USUALLY NUMBERS. YOU WILL HAVE TO DROP THE PANEL TO ACCESS THE THERMOSTAT. ALSO NOTE THAT AN INDICATION OF A STUCK THERMOSTAT IS WHEN THE COMPRESSOR RUNS AND RUNS AND DOESN'T SHUT OFF.ALSO CHECK FREEZER TEMP TO SEE IF IT IS BELOW 0 DEGREES THAT ALSO INDICATES STUCK THERMOSTAT.
