My rimage is printing but there is an 1in mark that appears on all my disk what can it be.....it's almost like its on a roll or something every 5in roll u get the markl..i install new ribbon and...


Is there anyway you can send a picture of the disc with the bad print? It may be a worn our roller which is an easy fix.

Win xp Drivers


The driver is on the original Disc shipped with the printer. For some reason rimage does not have this for download on there web site. If you call tech support and get the right person they will get you the drivers.

Rimage 360 compatibility


According to the manual for the Rimage 360 its compatible with the PC but not the MAC cause it doesn't list the MAC for the software requirements.

Try the Rimage website. If your software is not there for download, call them.

I have a problem with my Rimage 360i printer. It's not sliding into place during initilazing and comes up with error message 'printer cant be found' (or along those lines).


To fix the problem check nothing is blocking the printer tray path. Manually pull the printer tray out to the position where it meets the auto-loader, then re-initialize and all shoud be ok.

Rimage 360i image read problems


Have you copyright protected the file as you have burnt it, have you burnt it as a dual layer, or DVD 9 DVD (some programmes will not read these)? Also have you finalised the disc? It should not be a codec as all DVDs are vobs and there is a back compatibility with all, other wise they'd never load in normal DVD players.
