I suggest you use two different browsers. For example use two of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Firefox under Windows; or Safari and Firefox under Mac OS X.
Use one browser to open your own FB account, and a different browser to open your wife's FB account. Once you have entered your username and password in each browser for the respective FB account, and don't delete cookies, each browser will remember your respective account.
To easily access FB when you open your browser, add the FB site to your Favorites or Bookmarks bar.
follow these steps:-
1)click on yahoo Sign IN link
2)the sign in page will open on your computer screen here you will see a link below the yahooID and password textbox "I can't access my account help", click on it.
3)it will open a page on your screen with the list of 3 problems which you may have with your account choose your problem (I have a problem with my password) and click on next.
4)on the next page enter your yahoo ID click on next button the next page have two options for reset your password:-
1) sent a text message to your mobile (choose this option if you have given your mobile number at the time of account opening).
2)send an email to my alternate email address(if you have given it at the time of account opening). choose which one is applicable for you
click on next button
and you will see a confirmation page
When you no longer need your Yahoo account, you may decide to delete the account so you will stop receiving Yahoo email and your personal information will be deleted from the website. Closing your account deletes your membership at all other Yahoo services as well, including Flickr, Monster, Yahoo Groups and Finance Portfolio. If you are sure you want to cancel your email and delete your Yahoo account, you can do so by visiting the account deletion page.
Open your Web browser and navigate to the account-deletion page on the Yahoo website. Log in with your username and password. Verify that the user ID at the top of the page is correct and review the information on the page below, which explains how to end certain paid services, such as subscriptions, the various services that will end when you delete your Yahoo account, and the terms governing your account deletion. Confirm your identity by entering your password once more in the blank field below "Are you sure you want to terminate your Yahoo! Account?" Type the security code displayed in the generated box to verify that you are human and wish to delete your account. Click "Terminate this account." There is no relation between Yahoo as home page and accessing yahoo mail.
You can always open an internet browser and type the url www.yahoo.com. On the webpage you can click on "Mail" at the top of the left column. This will take you to the Yahoo Mail site. There you can type your user name and password and login.
Anyway, if you want to set Yahoo as home page you can open your internet browser and click tool->Internet Options. This will open a dialog box. Under the "general" tab there will be a text box under "Home Page". Type www.yahoo.com in the box. Click OK.
Close the browser. When you open the browser again yahoo home page will come.
Yahoo! is not a browser. A browser is a program that allows you to view internet pages. Yahoo! is an internet page. Would you like to make Yahoo! your home page? If so, just go to your browser's settings and change it. Or, with some browsers, you can highlight the address and then just drag and drop it onto your home page button. Hope this helps!
Dump Yahoo and use YahooPOP or a similar utility to get anything you need from it. The problem is lousy network architecture on Yahoo's part, though with patience you can get by as usual by clearing your browser's cache or using another browser.
It's of course possible that your own network connection is beset by competing uses and/or applications.
