I've got the device for three weeks. It was working fine at temperature 4. But it was too cold so i turned it down to 3, still tooo cold then turned it down to 2. I even switched it to zero for a while...

I would say your thermostat in the fridge has had it. Try the internet for a local appliance parts sales shop, give them the make and model number and / or get a fridgie in to fix it.

Refigarator and freezer no longer cold enough. freezer is not freezing and refigarator is not cold enough, food is going bad. Unit is not yet 5 years old.

pull out the plug for the fridge and let it stand for 7 days then plug in after seven days.the problem is that the fan that circulates the air is cloged up with ice so you have to give time for the ice to melt off.

It seems to be cutting unevenly from left to right?

Operator's manual for the 22-547 is here.

It sounds like you may need to adjust the knives. Page 10 and 11 of the operator's manual discuss the details. See below: (I have removede references to the figure and diagrams in the manual - look there for pictures).

To check and adjust the knives, proceed as follows:

2. Lower the head assembly by turning handle

3. Remove chip deflector

4. Carefully place knife setting gage, on the cutterhead so the rounded sections are directly over the knife as shown. When adjusted correctly, the knife should just contact the bottom of the center portion at each end of gage. Check the other knife in the same manner.

5. If an adjustment to one or both knives is necessary, slightly loosen the seven locking screws, by turning the screws CLOCKWISE into the knife locking bar just enough to relieve stress in the cutterhead and not disturb the knife setting.

6. With setting gage, in place, apply pressure to the knife being reset. Turn the seven knife locking screws, CLOCKWISE until the knife locking bar becomes loose. Lift springs will automatically raise the knife until it comes in contact with gage. Snug the knife locking bar by lightly turning the seven locking screws, COUNTERCLOCKWISE.

7. If the other knife needs adjustment, repeat STEP 6.

8. After both knives are positioned in the cutterhead, turn each of the seven screws, COUNTERCLOCKWISE until the knife is secure in the cutterhead. NOTE: When tightening knife locking screws, tighten the end screws first, then inward toward the center of the cutterhead.

9. Replace chip deflector.

Yes it is very probable that the diff oil is so cold its not allowing for proper lubracation when cold. Once ity warms it will go away.

Your dehumidifier may be low on refrigerant. Seems cold may not be cold enough to reach the dew point to condense moisture from the air stream.

Fresh Food Compartment not cold enough

check freezer for frost build up and if fan blowing, check condenser make sure clean, and fan blowing, check vents in refrig. make sure no blockage, freezer control should be in the middle setting, you can try turning that to Warmer freezer allowing MORE air to refrigertor side.

problem has been almost certainly caused by freezer door not being completley closed allowing warm humid air into freezer, (do not say this could not happen because it often does), sollution, turn off defrost overnight, turn on following day, within 24hrs unit will work ok. Regards Adviso
