Hunter manual tc3700 tire machine

Sometimes the polished shaft the arm carriers ride on becomes dirty and/or dried out, which wont let the carriers lock into position. We usually spray them with brake clean as we work them up and down, then re-lubricate the shaft with WD-40.

Is this a heat pump? Look in the thermostat. You should have something like the following.
Red wire to R terminal
Green wire to G terminal
Yellow wire to Y terminal
White wire to W or W1
Blue or Orange wire to the O or B terminal
Brown wire to C terminal.

Let me know what you have in the thermostat. The wire colors are not always the same.

HAD Carrier Digital unit, did not like, purchased Hunter, which I could not get to work Now I have extra colored wires hanging from the wall that came off the carrier that I did not tag.

Put the carrier unit back on the wall and connect the colored wires to the designated terminals.
R-Red, G-green(fan), Y- yellow and so on until they are all reconnected.
Manufacturers controls are designed to operate their units and sometime have more control options that require the extra wire you experienced with the off brand unit you purchased. Take it back and get the instruction manual out for the Carrier unit and learn to like it. If you have aZone System it is the only cotrol that will work with your system.

Are u sure it is overheating--the headlites should have nothing to do with the temp. Check ur temp sending unit--Did u change the themostat??--If it is overheating that is probably ur problem.

With the jumper inplace does the compressor start? What about without? Unless you have more than one transformer you should leavethe jumper.

Location of reset button on model 44110

There is a little reset button right under DAY/TIME. You will need a pencil/pen tip to press this little switch in to reset your unit.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
