Brand of the smoker is irrelevant, weight of meat is, at about 72centigrade you need about 25 to 30min per pound (about 1h per kg) plus about 10min to neatly finish it off.
if you put water in smoker, then time need to be extended a bit, best way is say you have 4lb chook, after 2hrs, use skewer and if it is going easy into the flesh and through, it meant that meat is cooked nicely, if it is hard, you need to set it up another 20 to 30min. experience will tell you more, every cooker is bit different and therefore only general time and recipy can be provided.
