Question about Boss BV8970 Car DVD Player
The power connections need to be checked, first off. An open connector would be the most suspect thing, other than correct wiring. If you're sure of the wiring and continuity, the unit itself could have a problem. If you had someone install it, have them check the installation, and also the unit.
