Question about Heating & Cooling
Hi the place where I stay has a brivis heating system with a brivis networker pAnel the single panel model not the flip one. I got an error service 35 hi Message last night and this morning the LCD panel just had everything on it blinking. Is the problem in the inside contoller Where is the thermostat located

On the unit outside there is a button that says "push man. pull auto" if it is set to push man then the fan will go constantly.

I had the exact same problem and called 1300brivis. They told me that the error means the thermister needs to be replaced. My unit is also out of warranty but they are still going to come out and fix it.

Error 35hi means faulty heating/temperature sensor ( thermistor) in the ducting that needs to be replaced by a Brivis technician. A technician will cost call out (including all labour) + the cost of the part.---------------- The Thermister is in the supply air duct generally about 1-2m from the heater, with wire going back to heater which plugs into the underside of the gray control box. ----------- To get the part and replace it yourself.Its time consuming and it requires proper fitting and proper connection.
