Question about Canon PIXMA MP600 all-In-One InkJet Printer
my printer advances the paper halfway, then stops and generates the above message. I've gone to HP's website and tried their "solutions" to no avail. There is no paper stuck in the machine. The paper tray's not too full. It's as if the printer is setting up to print, then it advances a sheet halfway into it, it rests for a second or two like it's awaiting instruction, then it kicks out the error message. I know that there's not a paper jam, it's the fact that it's automatically advance a page halfway through, for some unknown reason. I've even restarted the computer without luck. Thanks!
It may have more to do with the type of paper and your canon printer. did you check to see that the paper is compatible with the printer specifications?
