Question about Cooktops
I know it sounds silly but make sure that the unit is plugged in or has power running to it. Many times people encounter little problems that cause big headaches. Like I said make sure that you have power to the unit itself and go from there. If the unit ha power, then it may be that you have a bad power distribution board or that you may have blown an internal fuse. Check the obvious and if it still doesn't work, contact a qualified technician for help. I hope this helps. Good luck.
