Keystone avalanche 290rl grey water tank valve handle replacement

If it's a sliding blade type valve, the handle screws on the threaded rod. Parts are available online or at an RV parts store. The whole valve, with new seals, isn't that hard to change out, just four screws hold the valve parts together.

Tip

All Ford 5.0l engines

A lot of people don't know this. On some Ford 5.0l engine there is a little filter below the positive ventilation crankcase (PVC) valve. Too many people have replaced only the PVC valve thinking the reason for oil blowing out of the valve covers, and any other gaskets or seals, will correct the problem. In reason, the PVC is one of the main areas to check and is the easiest and cheapest way to go. In all, the PVC filter is to blame. Remember preventive maintenance goes a long way have your oil changed regularly.Lee Davidian

Hydraulic won't lift blade.

sounds like you have a fluid leak, check seals/rubbers and replace if necessary. Might be that you need to replace fluid or top it up with appropriate / similar type

How to change tyre valve stem core

Sometimes you can start turning them out (they unscrew) with a tiny flat blade screwdriver. Or you can go to a parts store and buy a small package of tire valve caps that have the two small prongs for removing valve cores. Walmart probably has them, too.

Paslode 350s .The drive pin will not retract behind the next nail. I replaced all the orings and reassembled the way the pieces were (because of minor wear) With the air at 80 to 100 psi it should be...

Usually there are four things that affect the driver not reaching the top of cylinder. Piston oring too tight or too loose, exhaust air is restricted at top of gun , check valve oring is missing, or air leaking down thru blade seal. Assuming that the piston oring is ok and exhaust is not restricted, make sure that oring # 092235 is in place covering the small holes on the outer lower portion of the cylinder. this is the check valve that causes piston to come up. If, however, too much air leaks down past the blade seal, the driver will not make it to the top. Blade seal is a metal washer with slit just large enough to pass the driver blade. If worn, just make a washer out of tire tube and make a small cut with sharp blade just large enough to pass the driver blade. Make the washer larger than the metal washer and just place it on top of the metal washer. Put back together and nail away. Good luck

Oil is getting into a couple of spark plugs tubes. What is the proper way to seal these tubes?

You have to replace the valve cover gasket and seals. The cover has to be removed to access the seals. Not a hard job. Gasket set w/ seals around $25.00

Oil in spark plug well 02 nissan maxima what could cause this

On the DOHC: The Spark Plug Tube Seals (Washers) on the Valve Cover has developed a leak.
Install new seals.
Remove the Valve Cover to Install the Seals.
If the Valve Cover Gasket have not been replaced recently, go ahead and replace them as well, making sure you clean thoroughly BOTH surfaces before installing any new Seal Washers and Gasket.

Let me me know if this helped, or if you have additional information or questions. Feel Free to contact me on FixYa.com!

ps...I'm replacing (for free!) the Valve Cover Gaskets today on a 1994 Nissan Maxima. Looks like we both will have fun!
If you need the Valve Cover Torque Sequence / Specs let me know on the Comment Section of this Post.
