Page is too large for my monitor.

I just started using a "Giga Ware" wireless optical mouse, from Radio Shack on my Dell Dimention E510 desktop computer. Problem, the sceen image is to large for my monitor and a large part of the page moves off the screen when I move the mouse around. How do I fix this problem?

I need to reinstall ethernet driver on my desktop but it will not connect to the internet.

If this problem is in direct relation to the heading,
Dell Dimension E510 Desktop PC, here is the download page for the Ethernet driver,

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&ServiceTag=&SystemID=DIMENSION%205150/E510&os=WW1&osl=en&catid=&impid=

Download to the computer you are on now, if it has a CD burner optical drive.
Burn this driver to a blank CD-R disk.

(I advise do not use a CD-R/W disk, because it can be written over. Do not put anything else on this disk but driver/s. Label the center of the disk)

Now start the Dell, wait for Windows to fully load, put this disk in the optical drive.
Left-click on Start>My Computer.

Go to to the drive letter that corresponds with the optical drive the CD disk is in, and Double-click on the drive letter.

Follow the Installation Wizard's instructions.

Blinking amber light and wont boot up.

if the power button was blinking amber, unplug your tower, and hold the power button for 30 seconds to 1 minute, to use any excess power stored in the capassitors in the pc. this was told to me by a dell tech, it is a small issue with the 3100=E310, and 5150=E510 Dimension desktops

Giga ware mouse problem

Make sure the batteries are in your moue and it is switched on. There shoud be a red light showing on the mouse. If the batteries are fresh and the light is not on then suspect that the mouse is a duff one. go to this site to see a video of how it is done. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3fYOjdAE1g
