I can't figure out how did you make it get too far to the right. Well, you can easily pull it back, if there's obstruction, then use a screwdriver as a lever, trust it inside the bottom of the paper guide with your left hand, and adjust it with your right hand. Try slowly so that you may not break it. Push left- right, push-pull in and out while you drag it to the right. Don't forget to hold it from the clip, in fact, it easily moves when you drag it from the clip. When you hold it, it'll loosen the grip to the base, and when you release it, it tightens the grip. Hold it and drag it, if there's no physical or mechanical damage, you'll be able to fix it.

If you have problem, let me know.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

From the application you are printing, click on file->page setup or print properties to adjust the margin properties. That should do the trick.

Printer paper is jammed. Is there a release?

is there a... what? you didnt provide additional information, and you left the question unfinished. is there a way to remove the paper? is there a solution? yes. the paper can be removed. but i dont have enough information.

Product summary The good: Improved photo quality over previous model; attractive design; large 3-inch LCD screen; easy-to-use Home Center software.
The bad: Poor quality build with several mechanical errors; average print speed; graphics quality still lacks definition.
The bottom line: The Kodak ESP5 is an attractive full color all-in-one printer, scanner, and copier, and casual photo enthusiasts will be happy with the watered-down editing software, but hard-core users should look elsewhere for a multifunction printer. The ESP5 is too expensive and suffers from too many mechanical deficiencies for us to give it our CNET stamp of approval.

you will continue to have these paper jams.

How do I clear a piece of paper jammed in my Kodak ESP5 All in one printer

1 Lift the output tray.
2 Open the paper trays and remove any paper.
3 Turn OFF your printer.
4 Wait 30 seconds, and then disconnect the following from the back of your printer: USB cable, Ethernet cable, Fax cable, AC power cord.

CAUTION: Do not use force when removing the paper from the printer.
5 Check inside the cleanout area for a paper jam. If necessary, remove any paper or debris.
6 If paper is not visible, check the printer for foreign objects, such as paper clips or staples. If necessary, carefully remove the foreign objects from your printer.
7 Open the printer access door.
8 Remove any foreign objects from the printhead access area, and then close the printer access door.
9 Connect the following to the back of your printer: USB cable, Ethernet cable, Fax cable, AC power cord.
10 Wait 30 seconds, and then turn ON the printer.
11 Squeeze and move the paper-width guide on the paper tray to the left.
12 Load the paper into the upper paper tray.
13 Squeeze and move the paper-width guide to the right until it touches the paper.
14 Close the paper tray.

Best of Luck
