its not a hard ware probs...do one thing reinstall the OS it will resolve the issue

The battery is on the motherboard. The entire bottom cover needs to be removed. Most of the laptop needs to be dissambled.

if you are getting a hard drive password prompt ***********-595B then the fix is simple enough, replace the hard drive. The password prompt is supposed to be the HDD serial number, but since it is showing as all astricks, then the firmware of the drive is bad and a replacement drive is the fix.

make sure that you have the latest version of driver for your graphics card, then right click the the desktop click on settings and check that the display is set to how you prefer it then click on apply

you can plug your pen drive backside. if its cant work your computer speed is slow.

Your battery has died, of a fail safe has kicked in. The orange light indicates that the battery isn't charging properly, and needs replaced. Replace the battery and it will be fine. Keep in mind that batteries are just batteries, they eventually wear out, and some faster than others. Also, the more you use the battery, the faster it will wear out, so I always recommend keeping the machine plugged in when possible.

try load defaults on bios by goin F2 on dell splash screen. if still no go, remove battery and leave adapter plugged in. if no power while adapter only plugged in, replace adapter, if has power while adapter plugged in, replace motherboard( since you already replaced the old battery).
