Question about Washing Machines
There are only two possibilities that may cause the washer not to start. First is the failure of the door switch to activate but it should flash a fault code and second is the failure of the control panel particularly the Start button. The Start button is stuck if it just flashes when pushed to start the machine or not activating at all if the machine does not respond at all when pressed.
Check the Start button and make sure it is not stuck and it should make contact when pressed. Replace the touch pad/LED assembly if the issue is not addressed. Disconnect power to the washer prior to servicing to avoid the risk of electric shock that may result in physical injury or even death.
Remove the screws attaching the top panel to the rear of the machine then slide it rearwards and off the cabinet. Remove the detergent dispenser drawer by pressing down on the release tab at the back of the drawer and pulling it completely out of the washer.
Once the drawer is removed, remove the screw in the recessed hole next to the drawer opening then release the tab securing the right side of the console to the washer. Open the washer door and place a flat-bladed screwdriver into the slot in the bottom center of the console then push the console up to release center console tab and remove the console.
Remove the cycle selector knob then release the tabs securing the Touch Pad/LED Assembly to the console. Release these tabs in sequence from left to right around the Touch Pad/LED Assembly until all of the tabs are free and the assembly can be lifted from the console.
Unstuck the Start button or clean its contacts if necessary then take the opportunity to inspect the other keys for any possible short circuit.

Tips for a great answer:
Good Morning friend, thank you for your post!
From my understanding your Electrolux washer is not starting no matter what buttons are pushed. This could be a possible problem with your keypad or control panel. I noticed that you have already performed a reset and that was done when you unplugged your washer for 15 minutes. I would now recommend having a technician out to perform a diagnosis. In order to do so you would need to disassemble your washer and test each component to make sure they are working properly. The technician would have the appropriate tools needed to do this accurately. If you need some assistance locating a technician you should be able to visit the manufacturer's website for additional assistance. I hope this information is helpful for you. -Matt
