Problem for Sharp AL-1451 Laser Printer

Whenever I print e-mails the printout is cut off at the left edge of the
paper. The margin appears to be about 5/16 from the left edge of the paper
and the 1st couple of characters in each line do not print. I have tried
different printers with the same result. (HP DeskJet 1120C and a Sharp
AL-1451 Laser copier/printer. I have tried to change the margins on my
printer through Microsoft Word but it did not help. If I save the file to a
Word processor, the print is normal and everything is ok. This problem just
happened within the past month. Prior to that everything was fine.

Printing for Outlook Express is set in Internet Explorer. Open Internet Explorer and go to File, Page Setup. Change the left and right margins to .25 inches or more.
