Sony CorporationModel # DSLR-A390 ' change model. ... not go away · The background of a picture is dark and underexposed when using a flash. ... My A7R II is dead... or is it?
The flash mode can be turned on by pressing the UP ARROW button dontinuously for the desired settings. Set it to Forced Flash to turn on the Flash for all the time.
The flash mode will not work when the REC Mode is set to Burst or Multi Burst.
It will not work when the Scene selection modes like Candle Mode and Twilight mode is selected. Flash will not work in MOVIE mode also.
check your camera settings and flash settings. i it doesnt then go to nearby ressel and get the work done. I advice go to sony ericsson service centre .

The flash settings on the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T100 are Auto, Forced Flash, Slow Syncro and No Flash, if it is not giving you a flash and wont allow you to change the setting you might have to talk to sony or the store you bought the camera from. One long shot would be that depending on what other features you are using on the camera, i could be set up to not allow you to change the flash settings in that "mode". Sorry if this is useless, but good luck and if all else fails use sony support! :) http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/select-system.pl?PRODTYPE=7 stupid hyperlink not working :(
perhaps that previous photo's have not been erased or cut and paste to your hard drive , put the memory stick in a cardreader and explore it see how many photo's are on the stick . i don't know th file size of your camera but gues that that is the question (it should be able to store 12 pictures in highest resolution a a 32 mb memory stick.
I had the same problem with my flash not working on any setting, but I found a way to fix it: hit the menu button, make sure the "rec mode" choice is set to normal instead of burst. I think the burst mode takes multiple shots in a row, so the flash isn't compatible with that setting?
