It sounds like it lost it's synch.Put a game in the console for wii fit and bypass all the startup screens.Open the large door on the console base and open the battery cover on the fit board.Press the sync button on the balance board and while the blue light is still flashing,press the red sync button on the console.If the blue light goes steady it is synched and should stay on.If it takes a few tries and doesn't work,you need to contact Nintendo.1-800-555-1212 is a FREE directory assistance number for companies with toll-free numbers.It will prompt you to say nintendo,they will repeat it so you can verify,then they will give you the number. Insert a Wii Balance Board compatible game
disc in the Wii console.
Use the Wii Remote to select the Disc Channel
from the Wii Menu, then select "Start" to begin the game. Press the A
Button to bypass the wrist strap screen.
Open the small SD Card slot cover on the
front of the Wii console.
Remove the Battery Cover on the bottom of the
Wii Balance Board.
Press and release the SYNC button on the Wii
Balance Board. The blue light on the board will start blinking.
Press and release the red SYNC button on the
Wii console while the blue light on the board is still blinking.
7. The blue light will stop blinking and stay on steady once the syncronization is complete
