What is the benefit of rowing machine?

Choosing an exercise program can be overwhelming, especially if you're a newbie. Getting in shape doesn't mean you have to scale mountains or hit the pavement for a strenuous run. Using a rowing machine is a great way to improve your overall health, plus its low impact and easy for all ages and fitness levels. A rowing machine is essentially a piece of exercise equipment that mimics the motion of rowing a boat in the water, making it a full body workout! Click here for more Excersise Bike

Body by jake ab scissor is broken

I just fixed one for a friend of mine. The rectangle tube goes inside the square tube for handles and is welded. The problem I think is the heat from welding changedo the hardness of the metal and it breaks instead of bending. I fixed it buy welding two 1/2" X 4" solid still bars inside the broken tube. Thereason is no way that joint will break now. Somewhere else, maybe, but not there.

How do I properly use an ab crunch machine?

Begin by positioning your body on the machine with your feet firmly behind the ankle holds. Hold onto the handle bars above and maintain good posture. Using your abdominal muscles, curl your upper body forward while exhaling, using the machine to guide you. Once you have reached the maximum extension, slowly return to the starting position while simultaneously holding tension in your abdominal muscles. Ensure to select a suitable weight for yourself.

How do I properly use an ab roller?

Follow the following steps:

  1. Kneel on the floor and hold the ab roller in front of you with both hands
  2. Place the ab roller on the floor in front of you so that you are on all your hands and knees (similar to a kneeling pushup position)
  3. Slowly roll the ab roller straight forward stretching out your body. Try to go down as far as you can without letting your body touch the floor. It is very important that as you do this, you breathe in.
  4. Pull your body slowly back up to the starting position; breathing out as you do so.

Fuel starvation - 'lean fuel' condition
Basic things to check:
1) spark plug
2) spark arrestor in muffler
3) fuel lines and tank filter
4) turn adjustment needles out (counterclockwise) 1/4 to 1/2 turn
Chain Saws:
5) check impulse tube and intake boot for cracks or leaks
*if all of the above are OK and/or do not improve performance then:
Remove Carburetor
6) replace gaskets/diaphragms
a) use a spray carb cleaner to clean jets, holes, and body of carb
b) fuel pump diaphragm goes against the carb body,
then the gasket towards the outside
c) metering gasket goes against the carb body,
and the diaphragm goes towards the outside
