For that you need windows disk with I386 folders burnt on disk then you can boot computer with that disk. If you have recovery disk or windows disk insert that disk into cd/dvd rom then when you pwoer up the computer press F1 or F2 or del or ALT+F2 key to enter in bios then go to boot menu and set first boot device as cd/dvd rom then save settings and restart compute then it will boot with that disk . then follow the procedure. If you haven't disk of windows then you can buy it from nearest computer shop or online it is very useful for computer life you can fix and issue with operating system files issue even you can install new windows with it.If you have ISO image of windows burn it to disk then it is bootable disk .
