Master key code

Go to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp and enter your 8 digit confirmation number there. When you do so, make sure that whatever today's date is, your Wii is set to that date. (And select Today's date from one of the 3 possible choices.)

(To get the confirmation number, go into Parental control settings, click I forgot on enter pin screen, and Click I forgot on answer secret question screen. This is where you come to where you enter the master password, and the confirmation number you need, to get this master password.)

You have two options to getting past the Parental Code in the Wii System Settings:

1) If you have forgotten the PIN, select ” I forgot” to answer the secret question. (Answers to the secret question are case sensitive.) You will now be in the Parental Controls menu, and can change the following items:Game Settings and PIN

2) If you are unable to retrieve your PIN by answering your secret question, call Nintendo Consumer Service: 1-800-255-3700. Have your Wii serial number (located on the back of the Wii console) ready. A customer service rep. can help you unlock it.
