I am not sure if this is happening with some images or all types of images on a web site or all kinds of website. The reason I am askiing you to verify this is because programers and web designer these days flash images by their programing skill to catch users attention. See bellow document for a complete discussion ( if you are a programmer ) to see various techniques they use to flash part or a full image after certain period of time frame.

Let us know if you have something more to know else accept the suggestion.

When i take pictures or on webcam with some1 they say im bluryy and i need help so i can see a clear picture of my self no blurry

webcams are not good for taking still photos. they are best for video. and even at that they are not very good quality, their use is for online streaming of video, which they are good at.

if you really want to take a good still photograph with your webcam you should use the application that comes with it, make sure not to move, and make sure the lighting in the room is static, else the camera will keep adjusting which results in a blurry image.

What is the time it takes for a panasonic lumix lz10 camera to store an image that is captured and get ready for the next image capture?(with original transcend sdhc card 4GB)

I actually own one of those ...( and Im satisfied ) and indeed its a little slow when you set it for taking large pistures size ...a mean more than 4M ...but I keep it on 2 M size max ..and it store the pic in about 2 secconds..or less if it seams to you that its something wrong with it ...stay calm cause this is the way it work takes about 2 sec to store and recharge the flash ...I believe that recharging the flash takes more and storage its actually almost instant ...but I never try it without the flash ...
anyway beside the fact that it has poor capacity when it cames to power (limitated by the 2 batheries only )..its great ...

Lcd screen: lighter images flash from normal to

You are probably viewing the preview screen in "Highlight" mode. To fix this, use the dial button at the back of the D80 and click up (or down) to see another depiction of the preview screen. It will show you different options until you can see the normal picture without the flashing highlights. Hope this helps.

I have a nikon d80 and two jtl 300 lights. I am eather real stupid or I just dont know what im doing. My pics dont look pro at all.

Get one flash over the camera and one to camera left (or right). The second flash is for filling in the shadows you main flash causes and adds sidelight too. If possiblee shoot the side flash a bit softer or move it further away from your subject. Look online for ideas using multiple flashes. You may also want to purchase a couple of difusers to soften the shadows created by the flash units. images will look much better without hard shadows.

Monitor Flashing

My best guess is that the monitor is trying to display outside of it's range. Set the resolution, color depth and refresh rate to the lowest settings and see if you have the same problems. Also, change the cable to a known working cable and keep the length short, like 3' or less. If the image still shakes, then it is an internal problem that would most likely be too expensive to fix.

I assume you know how to change the settings in Windows, but if not post back and I will help.
