Well Your grandson must be 13 years Old to Join Facebook but if you says his friends are already a member than maybe they tricked facebook by faking their Age ..
You can try that too .. this will solve the problem
Just choose a Lower Birth Year that enables your grandson to be over 13 years of age .

Thank you for your question.

Without specific information on your grandson I will refer you to the Facebook Policy Page. It is a long read and has the usual Lawyer type speak, but my initial feeling would be that the age policy of no "13 or under" people to register or use Facebook might apply.

Please have a read of the policy and I do hope you find an answer to your question.

Please DO NOT be tempted to post any "personal" details on question sites while endeavouring to solve this issue.

Kind regards

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Here's a link to this great service

Good luck!

You're so funny. You're complaining to the wrong place. Not many people want to deal with a lunatic. The people here on fixya (like me) volunteer their free time to help others out. We don't own you an answer.

Unable to complete secure transaction

Do you mean unable to get a secure setting for FB? i.e: Https? If so go into settings, top right of FB screen, into security and I think its that bit that gives you the option to transfer from HTTP to HTTPS. Theres a group on FB called 'Make complaining to Facebook EASIER', its free to join (just out name in the search box) and request to join. Its made up of users trying to get FB to have a complaint/problem reporting option. Meanwhile, while we are trying to grow the membership big enough to have one large voice to FB developers, the members try to help people with solutions to their problems, through our own experiences. Look it up and join it, and get your friends to do the same, the more members the better we can have a voice, and help each other in the meantime :-) Lynn.

You just need to change the year of his/her birth. Choose the year where it will appear that he is already 18 yrs old and up.

Need help undertsanding, joining and using Facebook. My church is using Facebook as a source to update church events and happenings. I'm seeking information about what Facebook is; how to use it and how to...

Facebook is a global social networking website. Members can add friends, send messages, chat interactively, update their personal profiles to notify friends about what you're up to. Members can also join networks organized by city, workplace, school, region, religion or other interest. You must have a working email address that you have access to in order to setup a FREE Facebook account. Facebook accounts are limited to one per email address that is active.
1. Visit: www.facebook.com 2. Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password of your choice. Write it down and don't forget it. :) 3. Select your *** and enter your birthday (which is used for age verification to allow access to age-appropriate content) 4. Click SIGN UP. 5. Follow the rest of the directions as instructed.
Once you've setup an account, visit facebook.com and type in the name of your church in the search bar and it will show you the search results. Click on the link to your church and click JOIN GROUP.
Hope this helps.
