When you replaced the tweeter you should also check if there is any damage to the crross over network. It is possible that the capacitor , inductive circuit could have opened up. Remove and check. Check seperately with a good multimeter or use a 1.5 volt AA cell for testing the speakers. You can connect the speaker cabinet line to the battery and ccheck for voltage at the tweeter branch. Othere check the nettwrok and resolder or reconnect or replace. Hope this helps. Good day
