Simply delete the messages. There is no Un-Delete or saved history. You can also go to recent calls and delete numbers that you have called or that have called you.

Unfortunately the only way to get rid of the recent list is to do a manufacturer reset on your device (menu>settings>more>security>erase/reset>reset phone)
Click on messaging icon from main menu.
Click send message.
Instead of clicking text message click on pic/video message.
then you have 4 options TO: CONTACTS , TO Mobile#, To Email, And finally To Recent lict. Click on recent list and checkmark all the numbers you want deleted then click options bottom right corner then click delete.....
