Pos problem is that then piston may have rusted so will not crank. If this has happened you can try and take the head of and try and clean it but it may not be worth it in the long run

How do I remove a stripped lug nut from an oil pan on a 2003 Ford Windstar

Need a pic to be able to help you. I'd soak it with PB BLASTER or Liquid Wrench penetrating oil, then hit the surrounding boss, not the oil plug, with a propane torch for a few seconds.
Sometimes you can drive the next smaller socket(metric onto SAE or vice-versa) onto the plug.
A shop can weld a new bolthead to it and get a fresh grip. Unhook both battery cables, unplug the computer, and ground the car body if welding is done. At least that's what I'd do. don-ohio (:^)

Striped oil pan plug(renault megane 2)how to remove oil pan ,what tool to use?

they make a plastic plug that will fit in a stripped hole on most oilpans..autozone carries these as do most autoparts stores..it uses a screwdriverlike tool to insert or remove..in cold weather it needs warmed up before insertion or it will rip apart..warm it in hot tap water..there are also certain tricks to repair these..a good welder can fix it fairly well..weld a fine thread nut over the hole and put the corresponding bolt in the nut..good luck..

Trying to remove a stripped oil drain plug on an 85 Ford Bronco

I would remove the oil pan, as I have
several times, & weld on a new nut inside
the pan, then you'll never have the problem
again

How do you replace stripped oil plug on a 1999 dodge caravan

Most people will tell you to go to the auto
parts store and buy an over size drain plug

Your choice

I remove ALL my oil pans, in that situation,
and silver braze (weld) a permanent thread
inside the oil pan

Lawn mower will not start i put fuel in the oil housing by mistake drain it all out and now it does not run

try flushing the oil and let it dry out but make sure you use the nut on bottom of lawn mower so you don't get any liquid in the cylinder. also try cleaning the cylinder.

Can't find oil drain plug on eager-1 mower It's a craftsman with a briggs and stratton engine

Disconnect the sparkplug andf ground it. Turn the push mower on it side and scrap away all the grass from under the deck and look for the plug. If you cannot find one, drain the oil out from  the fill tube into a pan, buy turning it onto it's side into the pan.
