Question about Mitsubishi WD-62528 62" LCD HDTV
My television won't turn on. When you activate the Power button, the status light and lamp lights will come on. The lamp light will turn off but, the "status" light is still on and flashing.
Is the status light yellow or red? If it is yellow, then check the dust filter cover. That cover might be off or not secure. If the status light is red and blinking, then try unplugging the TV for a minute. If the error doesn't resolve the TV needs service. If it is out of warranty, you might want to open up the set and look for any obvious problems on the circuit boards (scorch marks, soot, bulging or leaking capacitors (look like cylinders on tripods)).
I hope this helps.
