Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
You should have a photo sensor directly in the center of the mouth of the machine. There is two parts to the photo cell. sender and receiver. Canned air is your friend for this problem. The photocell parts are little round parts upper and lower. You should be able to see them in the center where you insert your paper to shred.Paper dust can get on them causing to run continuously. It thinks your shredding and paper is blocking the photocell. To fix problem blow out with canned air using the straw included with the can of air. Hope this Helps. give me a good vote if so. thanks have a nice day.
