Try formatting the card through your camera's menu or on your computer. That should do the trick. If that doesn't work, try another card.

Tried to take a picture and it says card full. Went to the store to print pictures and there is nothing on the card!!! I cant find all my pics!!!!

Could be a misread:
Start by putting the card in the computer (or hooking up the USB if that's the way you've been uploading the pics to the puter), and let the software find out what's on the card.

Once you have all your pics in the computer, they're safe.
To get prints, you can download them to the same card later, or your thumbdrive.

*of course, if there was a communication error between the camera and card, it's possible that there are no pics...but that's not likely if you setup the card before using it.

With the card back in the camera, go to setup menu and choose "Format" and confirm.
This is the required first step with every new card-camera relationship, and insures clear communications.
This will clean the card and clear any errors the camera had before when the pics were on the card.

Again, to get prints, you can put the card back in the puter and DL them back onto the card.

Memory card showing 'no image' after trying to upload

Sounds like you didn't use the "safely remove hardware" function when you disconnected the USB cable. This can corrupt the card and even the camera. You could try using a separate card reader to download the pics from the card. If that works, and the pics are safely downloaded, then you should format the card in the camera to erase and optimize it. If it doesn't work, take the card to a Walmart that has a Kodak Picture Kiosk and it should be able to read your card. You can print the pics or even make a cd of them. Then, format the card in the camera.

Memory Card Error

You could take the card to a store that has a Kodak picture maker machine (Walmart, etc.). From there, you can print your pics or even make a cd of them. The card may be faulty or just may not work in Canon cameras.

Olympus c-3000 3.3 megapixel keeps giving me a card error. The camera won't let me do anything. if I try to view the pics on the camera, it tells me no card, if I try to take a pic, it tells me card error....

Hi

Your memory card type has been discontinued, it has a history of failing unfortunately.

If you can get the card reformatted you might be able to use it again.

Good luck from Darntoothysam com

XD card picture error

Try to use a card reader instead. They are only a few dollars. I use one all the time, and hardly ever will use the camera on different models I have.
Never delete from the PC to the camera. It can cause corruption. Once corrupted, you may lose all pictures on the card.
Always delete from the camera, unless you will format the card anyway.
Use the camera and try to delete the bad picture from the camera. this may fix the problem, if not, try to read from another camera or a card reader...don't ever delete from another camera or the card reader.

The last is not good, and that means to format the card, and you will lose all which is on the card.
You may try to copy to internal memory.

One more thing... take out the card. reset all in the camera menu. Then reset all the things you like. Put the card in and try to read each picture in play mode only. If one picture is very slow, delete it. This may take some time as corrupted files may read slowly. then try again.

First try and clean the card slot. If this does not solve the problem, replace the memory card and try.
