Make sure the battery is charged. If it has been plugged in for a while and still doesn't work, you probably need a new battery.

How do I turn off this self timer?

To cancel the self-timer after it starts, press the DRIVE button. To turn off the self-timer, press the DRIVE button and select a non-self-timer mode. See page 82 of this manual: http://www.fixya.com/support/p1660907-canon_eos_60d_digital_camera/usermanual-CA543C2-pdf

I have a coolpix and I spilled orange juice on it. I imediatly cleaned and dried it off but when I would try to turn it on...nothing. It's been a few months I tried to turn it on and it says battery...

First off, are you sure that the battery is charged? It is definitely possible that spilling orange juice on it messed it up, but it might be all right.
Assuming the battery is charged, it is likely that the spill caused some internal damage. When you spilled on it, did you open the battery door, take the battery out, and allow the the camera to air-dry completely before turning it on? If you didn't, it is almost surely fried. If you didn't allow it to air-dry, it is likely that there was residual moisture and liquid on the internal components, and when you powered it on you likely messed them up. This is really a repair that is not worth paying for, as the cost of a new camera would be much cheaper.

Turns on then 2 sec later turns of lens stuck out

Hi,

When the Lens Mechanism is stuck or when affected by any malfunction, turn the power off and on again. If turning the power on and off again does not resolve the error message, try doing a power reset and Initialize option.

Performing a manual power reset

Turn off the camera.

Remove the battery pack.

Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

Allow the camera to remain without power for 60 seconds.

Reinsert the battery pack.

Turn on the camera.

If you're able to access the Menu of the Camera, then reset the Camera back to factory default, select the INITIALIZE Option from the Main Settings 1 Menu of the Camera to OK.This will set the user defined settings back to factory default. The images and videos will not get deleted.

If the issue persists, service may be required.

I have a 60' sony wega r60xbr1 i just had a new light engine installed last night the tv was never turned on afterwards . I turned it on the screen come on shut off imediatly the red led flashes 4 times...

LOOK IF YOURS IS A SONY I had a sony grand wega 60 inch with the same problem as many tv turns on shuts off the red led FLASHED 4 TIMES. it is a heating issue if one of the three fans inside are not turning when the tv is on even on the first few seconds of turning it on the tv will send a fault code of four flashes . Then the tv shuts off so it wont burn its self up or damage the optical block. all with this same problem of 4 flashes take a flashlite and make sure your fans are turning if not that is your 4 flash problem. I hope this helps someone and if it does i have done my job .

Does camera have timer

Putting Yourself in the Picture The Self Timer creates a 10-second delay between the time you press the Shutter button and the time the picture is taken. 1 Place the camera on a flat surface or use a tripod. 2 In any Still mode, press the Self Timer button. The Self Timer icon appears in the status area. 3 Compose the scene. Then press the Shutter button half-way and hold to set the exposure and focus, then press the rest of the way down. Move so that you are in the scene. The Self Timer light blinks slowly for 8 seconds (then quickly for 2 seconds) before the picture is taken. The camera "clicks" when the picture is captured. To turn off the shutter sound, see page 64. The Self Timer turns off after you take the picture or if you change modes. To cancel the Self Timer before the picture is taken, press the Self Timer button. (The Self Timer setting remains active.) To turn off the Self Timer, press the Self Timer button twice.
