Thanks for your question. To fix the 3 red lights what you will need to do is stop the heat getting to the GPU and the CPU and to do this you can use a good Xbox 360 Repair guide or of course you can send it in.
The Leviton 6230 is a countdown timer with maximum time of 30 minutes. The other times are 15minutes, 5minutes and 3minutes. The timer has a manual override. Push the bottom button and the timer works like a switch.
Leviton also make the 6260 countdown ... with 10-20-30-60minute times.
sounds like your hard drive is bad, you can check this by pulling the hard drive out of the system them turning it on if it turns on then you need to replace the hard drive
there is a firmware problem, or, in worst case, its bricked.
basically, the psp needs to be put into service mode and be fully restored of genuine sony firmware. : to do this, you can :
- make a pandora battery, and restore firmware in service mode (contact me for instructions, NOT RECOMMENDED)
- take it to a technitian
It sounds like your problem is magnetisation of the crt. Try to switch it on and off for 3 times: on for 1 minute, off for 3minutes, on for 2minutes and off for 5minutes. Then switch on and see if the discolouration dissappeares. IF not, then a technician needs to check the internal degauss circuits.
